Ride a bike, share your experience and love. When I go biking, I repeat a mantra of the day's sensations: bright sun, blue sky, warm breeze, blue jay's call, ice melting and so on. This helps me transcend the traffic, ignore the clamorings of work, leave all the mind theaters behind and focus on nature instead. I still must abide by the rules of the road, of biking, of gravity. Riding Around Town, Meet Up with Incycle to Bagel Ride

 This morning I woke up and headed east.  I timed my route to meet up with the Incycle group before they headed out to LaVerne for the Bagel ride.  It was nice seeing Aaron and Jessica.  In 2020 - 2021, I spent a lot of time riding with them.  Cyril was on this ride, he will be 69 this year and is fast as ever.
