Ride a bike, share your experience and love. When I go biking, I repeat a mantra of the day's sensations: bright sun, blue sky, warm breeze, blue jay's call, ice melting and so on. This helps me transcend the traffic, ignore the clamorings of work, leave all the mind theaters behind and focus on nature instead. I still must abide by the rules of the road, of biking, of gravity. Two Wheel Tuesday (2WT)

2WT is alive and well.

This was my second back to back 2WT ride in a past couple weeks. Right now it’s a small intimate group of friends, but I encourage everyone to come out and join in on the fun. Warren and John keep the pace interesting, especially on Mill and Padua.

Meet Up: LaVerne Brewery: LaVerne, CA
Distance: Approximately 25 miles
