Ride a bike, share your experience and love. When I go biking, I repeat a mantra of the day's sensations: bright sun, blue sky, warm breeze, blue jay's call, ice melting and so on. This helps me transcend the traffic, ignore the clamorings of work, leave all the mind theaters behind and focus on nature instead. I still must abide by the rules of the road, of biking, of gravity. Los Perrones

Let’s Go Perrones!

Richard O kept begging me to join this group again. He said he’d buy me a coffee in Newport but sadly he never did. Dude what’s up with that? Either way the ride was fast and legit. Oscar, Juan, Mario and I finished together and we traded off pulls for most of the ride. I managed an average speed of 22.8+ mph for the out and back ride.
