Thanks Ronny C. and the crew at Incycle for helping me with my defective Dura Ace 9100 Crankset. A few weeks ago I notice my crank was splitting apart at a seam. Ronny and the Incycle crew were quick to contact Shimano and helped me with my warranty. In a few days later, the crank was replaced and I was up and running for a beat down on the Bagel Ride!
