Ride a bike, share your experience and love. When I go biking, I repeat a mantra of the day's sensations: bright sun, blue sky, warm breeze, blue jay's call, ice melting and so on. This helps me transcend the traffic, ignore the clamorings of work, leave all the mind theaters behind and focus on nature instead. I still must abide by the rules of the road, of biking, of gravity. Glendora Mountain Road

Solo GMR Shack and Back

It's hard finding others who are willing to wake up early and ride before the sunrise. I get a lot of crap for going to be by 8 pm but; hey, when you wake up by 3:30 am to start your rise by 5 am, going to bed early is important! Beside when you are on the mountain early you get to see this view.
