Ride a bike, share your experience and love. When I go biking, I repeat a mantra of the day's sensations: bright sun, blue sky, warm breeze, blue jay's call, ice melting and so on. This helps me transcend the traffic, ignore the clamorings of work, leave all the mind theaters behind and focus on nature instead. I still must abide by the rules of the road, of biking, of gravity. Crystal Cove Beach Day

New beach location for us.

Yesterday we spent a few hours at the beach. Instead of our usual Corona Del Mar (CDM) location we tried Crystal Cove, about 10 mintues south of CDM. The beach was nice and less populated than CDM but you did have to walk about a quarter mile down to the beach from were you park. Keep that in mind if you have a lot to carry.
