Today started like most of my days; early, before the the sunrise and with a few dedicated cyclists. Today's adventure took us to Seal Beach and back.

Beach Centuries are the best!
Today Ricardo Rodriguez, Warren Peace, Chris Carvalho and I headed to the beach! The weather was great and the pace wasn't too bad. We stopped off at Crema Cafe for some coffee and then headed home by way of SGVT.
