Ride a bike, share your experience and love. When I go biking, I repeat a mantra of the day's sensations: bright sun, blue sky, warm breeze, blue jay's call, ice melting and so on. This helps me transcend the traffic, ignore the clamorings of work, leave all the mind theaters behind and focus on nature instead. I still must abide by the rules of the road, of biking, of gravity. Psycho-List Crazy Legs Ride PLUS Extra Extra Credit

Monday means I join the 8:15 am Psycho-List Crazy Legs Ride lead by Barry.  It's a great ride with a descent pace.  The company is friendly and no one gets left behind.  Carl and Mike, joined me again.  Prior to the ride Mike and I decided to ride up to Shinn Road for pre-ride extra credit points and on Bonita we turned down E Street in LaVerne to get in a quick loop around Bonelli.  While at Bonelli, we threw in a short climb up Canon.
