I don't know if it was me, my cx bike or the group was just to fast, but I could barely hang on and decided to cut Crazy Legs short and turned left on Scripps rather than head to Euro Cafe to finish the ride.

I was able get out yesterday morning.   Today the plan was for a quick GMR Hustle but decided against it for a rare chance to sleep in. 

I woke up and felt unbalanced so I did an hour on the trainer.   I feel much better now.
