Ride a bike, share your experience and love. When I go biking, I repeat a mantra of the day's sensations: bright sun, blue sky, warm breeze, blue jay's call, ice melting and so on. This helps me transcend the traffic, ignore the clamorings of work, leave all the mind theaters behind and focus on nature instead. I still must abide by the rules of the road, of biking, of gravity. The CC Grind Ride

It WAS a Grind Ride with many Bicycle Friends this morning. We started the day with at Euro Cafe with Diana Sjol, Karlene Rahn, Mike McGuire, Brian Desatnik, Jesus ???, Michael Young, Moe ???, Jason Bock and I. From Euro Cafe we made our way east on Baseline and picked up Mike Khoe and continued to Juice It Up in Rancho for the start of the CC Grind Ride.

 It was a hustle west on Baseline to Mills and finally up Mt. Baldy Road to Shin.
