Ride a bike, share your experience and love. When I go biking, I repeat a mantra of the day's sensations: bright sun, blue sky, warm breeze, blue jay's call, ice melting and so on. This helps me transcend the traffic, ignore the clamorings of work, leave all the mind theaters behind and focus on nature instead. I still must abide by the rules of the road, of biking, of gravity. Monday Night Crazy Legs - Presented by the Psycho List

Tonight is CRAZY LEGS! Updated Hours

When: Monday and Thursday Nights
Where: Euro Cafe in Claremont 6:30 pm

Group B departs at 6:45 pm.  Average speeds 16 to 19 mph; Distance 23 miles, three regroups
Group A departs at 7:00 pm. Average Speeds 19 to 22 mph ; Distance 25 miles, limited to no regroups
