Ride a bike, share your experience and love. When I go biking, I repeat a mantra of the day's sensations: bright sun, blue sky, warm breeze, blue jay's call, ice melting and so on. This helps me transcend the traffic, ignore the clamorings of work, leave all the mind theaters behind and focus on nature instead. I still must abide by the rules of the road, of biking, of gravity. As The Crow Flies

As The Crow Flies from howies on Vimeo.
Ade from howies and Dom from Wold met up in mid-Wales for a ride to the coast by howies HQ.

They rode two hand built howies x Wold cyclocross bikes over the mountain terrain, boggy tracks and winding roads and rocky paths in as straight a line as possible.

53 miles,
2 hand built bikes,
Mountains to sea,
As the crow flies.
