Ride a bike, share your experience and love. When I go biking, I repeat a mantra of the day's sensations: bright sun, blue sky, warm breeze, blue jay's call, ice melting and so on. This helps me transcend the traffic, ignore the clamorings of work, leave all the mind theaters behind and focus on nature instead. I still must abide by the rules of the road, of biking, of gravity. A Bad Day at the Office


Yeah I think this would classify as a bad day.  I have been fortunate to never see someone go down this hard. I bet this guy had a mouth full of gravel for days.  I can only imagine the nanoseconds prior to impact and what was going on in the MTB'er mind.  "Oh @#$!, this is gonna hurt!" Or, "Oh no, oh no, oh no!"
