I don't know what the deal is but the last two runs have been horrible. Re-occurring blisters and lousy minutes per mile.
The first run, I bonked in the first quarter mile and run/walked for an additional 3.75 miles. It was an ugly 11:03 minute miles over 4 miles (Typically I run 7:45 to 8:15 minute miles).
The second run, I ran the first mile in a fast 7:12 minute mile, then bonked and run/walked the final 3 miles. It was an ugly 10:00 something minute mile overall.
Whats going on? Overall I've been feeling drained and not motivated but trying to "keep the fitness faith!"
I think, I need to enter a 5 or 10k run or some MTB race to keep me motivated.

5k in Anaheim tomorrow morning for me.
Next one for me after will be the Wet n Wild 5k in August at some water park, you "run" in waist deep water for part of it.
How did you do at Anaheim? The Wet n Wild sounds like fun. Have you thought about Mud Runs?
