Ride a bike, share your experience and love. When I go biking, I repeat a mantra of the day's sensations: bright sun, blue sky, warm breeze, blue jay's call, ice melting and so on. This helps me transcend the traffic, ignore the clamorings of work, leave all the mind theaters behind and focus on nature instead. I still must abide by the rules of the road, of biking, of gravity. BikeForums.Net GMR to Mt Baldy Ride

I wasn't sure where I was going to ride this Sunday. I was torn between Bonelli MTB, Beach SART or GMR to Mt Baldy. Well, Mr Beanz posted a BikeForums.net GMR Ride and the decision was made.

I met up with BikeForums.net riders off GMR and Boulder Springs. No Mr Beanz though.

It was a great ride and Calamari Chris, kept the pace fast all the way up to the Maintenance Shed. We regrouped and then headed to Mt. Baldy.

At about Fork Plus 4, I new I was in trouble. My legs were starting to cramp. By Fork Plus 6, the legs were cramping bad. I had to pull over a few times to message the cramps out. Oh the pain!

Overall it was a great ride and I hope to do it again.

BikeForum.net Riders included Jimmy NH, Genaro, JMX, Calamari Chris, John C, Aprevo, and please help me out with the other rider's names...
