Ride a bike, share your experience and love. When I go biking, I repeat a mantra of the day's sensations: bright sun, blue sky, warm breeze, blue jay's call, ice melting and so on. This helps me transcend the traffic, ignore the clamorings of work, leave all the mind theaters behind and focus on nature instead. I still must abide by the rules of the road, of biking, of gravity. GMR to Mt Baldy (Road Bike Ride on 10-23-2010)

GMR to Mt. Baldy
Day: 10-23-2010
Time: 7:00 am
Where: GMR and Sierra Madre in Glendora.

I will be riding GMR to Mt. Baldy on 10-23-2010. The idea is to be at GMR and Sierra Madre by 7:00 am. If anyone is interested send me an email.
