Ride a bike, share your experience and love. When I go biking, I repeat a mantra of the day's sensations: bright sun, blue sky, warm breeze, blue jay's call, ice melting and so on. This helps me transcend the traffic, ignore the clamorings of work, leave all the mind theaters behind and focus on nature instead. I still must abide by the rules of the road, of biking, of gravity. Marshal Canyon 7/03/2010

This Saturday I am planning to ride Marshal Canyon to Potato. I will be at Oak Mesa at 7:00 am with a goal to finish my ride and be in my house by 10:00 am. I will leave my house on bike at 6:45 am to be at Oak Mesa by 7:00 am. Climb to Potato and then come home via Evy Canyon.

All who can come are welcome.
